We also have about 6 doctors volunteering and they are giving most of the money out of their own pockets.  These men, many of them Muslims, are amazing.  If they lived in America they would each make over one-hundred thousand dollars per year, if not twice that.  But they live here and doctors aren't rich here.  And they give and they serve the poorest of the poor.
