                                        Answer to Eighth Query

In a court of law we are given the option of either swearing or affirming.  At such times we use the affirmation.
When signing our Income Tax questionaire it was suggested we attach a paper stating we tell the truth because are Christian and Christ admonishes us to be truthful.
We are not compulsive gamblers. We try to make wise choices when investing our money, although we need to be cautious now with the economy in turmoil.  We wish we could influence those in Washington to be more concerned about bankrupting our country.

Fourth Query Answer

We are concerned when we see people abusing their bodies and minds by over-eatiang and reading things and watching TV
programs that do not contribute to healthy bodies and minds. We can't speak for all of our membership, but we would
encourage them to be temperant in all areas of their lives. We are not aware of anyone misusing drugs, alcohol of tobacco.
